Uneeda Vac manufacture SEIV's for the mining and industrial sector.  Excavators, dump trucks, large earth moving equipment, fork lifts, and all types of industrial vehicle can be fitted with our unique "cabin ducted vacuum system", which are low maintenance and self emptying.

These units improve the long term air quality, and reduce the impact of all types of dust and air borne particles which in turn promotes healthier employee working conditions and minimises equipment failure in the vehicles (especially electronics) and maximises equipment up time.

In the bottom of the base of the SEIV is a self-closing, sealed flap that is weighted to close when the machine is turned on and opens again when the machine is switched off, in turn emptying out the dirt and waste.

The base can also be fitted with an attachment to secure a drainage hose to allow the waste to be directed around other parts of the machinery.

The SEIV640 has a 24V three-stage tangential bypass motor, mounted in the top section of the unit, that keeps any fine dirt from entering the electrical system of the motor. The top of the unit is fitted with a Donaldson pre-cleaner to prevent dirt entering through the cooling fan.

The SEIV640 is mounted externally and ducted into the cabin of the machine via an inlet. A switch is provided on the inlet or mounted on the dashboard of the vehicle.

The SEIV1500 is fitted with a 240V, 1500W, two-stage tangential bypass motor and a Donaldson precleaner. The SEIV1500 is set up like a ducted vacuum system in any residential home, but upon finishing will self empty.

The Self Emptying Industrial Vacuum (SEIV640) is an industrial vacuum cleaner for the cabins of excavators, dump trucks and any other larger equipment used in mine site operations and the defence industry. It is designed so the cabins of the excavators/dump trucks can be vacuumed out on a daily basis at the end of a shift by the operator. When the unit is switched off, it will automatically empty the dirt and clean the internal filter ready for the next time. There is a 240 volt version for all types of buildings.
