F.A.Q
1. How long will it take to get my item?
This will depend on where you live and how it is sent. It can be 3 to 10 days.
2. Can I pick my item up from you?
You are more than welcome to come in to the store if you wish. Just go the “contact us” page to find our location.
3. What is the postage if I want to buy more than one item?
You only have to give us a phone call and talk to our friendly staff for your total postage amount.
4. What if I’m not happy with my item?
We ask for you to choose carefully with your machines as we don’t offer refunds. If you have purchased the wrong size floor tool, we will gladly exchange. Be aware that we will not be responsible for postage on any exchanges, as we only send out what we are asked to.
5. How do I pay for my item?
You can phone in your payment, post a cheque or come in and pay cash. We have EFT facilities.
6. Do you take Amex?
We do take Amex, but unfortunately charge a 3% surcharge to cover the fees.
7. Do you Layby?
If you purchase items costing a large amount of money, we can arrange finance (tap). With this I would recommend a phone call to us to discuss it further, as we may be able to arrange certain payments for you.
