The "TR" series, powerful ,high efficiency and with a big
filtering surface, are a complete range of industrial vacuum cleaners from
5.5 Kw to14 Kw ( 7.5 Hp-18 Hp) with dust container 175 liters standard.
Available with series turbine to obtain high depression, or parallel for
high volume, the "TR" are recommended for heavy duty working areas
of steel works, cement works and foundries

Easy access to all components
|
|
|
Alluminium turbine crankshaft connected. Power and reliability
from 3 to 7,5 HP, for the "T" series and from 7,5 to
18 HP for the "TR" series.

Quick release system for the removal of the 175 liters
container. Cable grip and phase inverter are standard.
|
|
|
The electrical cubicle, produced in according with VDE-IEC
european regulations, is composed by start-stop, emergency
buttons; the vacuum meter and automatic phase inverter.

Safety

This heavy duty of vacuum cleaners has models within it that are
externally certified by european and international authorities
such as TUV and CESI: for filtration efficiency (TUV – cat C):
for the recovering of toxic substances. (TUV – cat KI): for
the protection form electrical shock (BI): for working with
products or environments at risk of explosion (Ex,CESI)

Filtration
|
|
|
There is a range of intake and exhaust filters available. For
increased filter area there is the highly effective star filter
which presents a large filter area in a compact space. Cartridge
filters through to absolute filters (with 99.9% efficiency when
measured using D.O.P method) are available both for intake and
discharge. Absolute filters are used for toxic substances,
cartridge filters for larger quantities of dust plus they are
also activated carbon, polyester, nomex (heat resistant) and
anti-static filters.
