Uneeda Vac (Aust) Pty Ltd

TERMS

1/  All new customers must pay on delivery for first 3 months.

2/  All new accounts will only be approved after a successful 3 month trial period.

3/  All New Accounts must fill out an Account Application form & will only be given a 30 Day Account on approval.

4/  Purchase Orders (P/O) must contain 1, produce required, 2, time required by, 3, customer details, 

5/  All payments will be due 30 days from Invoice Date

6/  Accounts will be posted/emailed out when Orders are despatched. 

7/  A statement will be sent out at the beginning of every month.

8/  Any Account more than 30 Days Over Due will be put on STOP CREDIT.

9/  While on stop Credit, No purchase will be able to be made until account is paid in full.

10/  Any Account that is Two Months (60days) Over Due will be put in the hands of our solicitor at the Customers Expense; this will be without warning.      

11/  Accounts will be stopped at any time if a Customer has a Bad Payment Record. 

12/  All goods will remain the property of Uneeda Vac (Aust) Pty Ltd until all monies are paid in full.

13/  Any goods unpaid for after 90 days will be seized without notice at the customers expense.

 

CONDITIONS

A/  Uneeda Vac (Aust) Pty Ltd is open standard business hours. Mon-Fri 9am -5pm EST. Aust.

B/  Uneeda Vac Aust Will always look after you with a credit or exchange, but we do not give refunds.  

C/  Purchase Orders for SEIV machines need to be provided 14 to 30 days prior to date of requirement.

D/ Pick up & Delivery fee. 

   Within 8km $12.00, within 16km $20.00, within 35km $25.00 & within 100km $35.00   Monday to Friday

E/ Urgent pick-up and delivery fee.  

     Within 8km $22.00, within 16km $30.00, within 35km $35.00 & within 100km $45.00   Monday to Friday 

F/  Hourly Rate of $43.00inc per Hour In warehouse.

G/  Service Call out fee is $60.00inc

H/  Onsite Repair Rate $86.00inc per Hour Monday to Friday.  

     On Site Repairs $172.00inc per Hour Saturday & Sunday  

I/   A Call out Fee of $121.00inc will apply to All Weekends and Public Holidays Pick-ups.

     PLUS the cost of repairs on site.

J/  Quote Fee of $45.00inc will be charged if repairs do not go ahead

K/  On site Testing & Tagging Will be $45.00inc per hour plus Tags

      $5.00 ea for 20 to 70 items,

      $4.00 ea for 71 or more items.

L/   Appropriate notice is to be given to cancel service appointments or a $60.00inc fee will apply Monday to Friday.

      And on Weekends $121.00inc

M/  We will always endeavour to Supply Parts or Return Repairs within 7 Days.

      (Providing Parts are available)

N/  We will provide a 3 Month Warranty on all New Motors fitted.  (Does not include Consumable Items)

O/  These Terms & Condition are liable to change without notice.

P/   We will endeavour to match any current & legitimate written Price on the same Product.

Q/   Customers are liable for any damages and/or repairs to loan machines.

 R/   Freight will be charged on orders to be sent out. Postage depends on box size and postcode.

    We will always provide Superior Service and Always Aim to Please.

WARRANTIES

New Motors, 3 months

Motors Repaired, 30 days

New Floor Tools, 30 days.

All New Commercial Vacuums, 12 Months

Rebuilt Commercial Vacuums, 6 months.

Second Hand Commercial Vacuums, 3 months.

SEIV series 1 & 2 have a 12 month warranty on the whole machine including motor

SEIV series 3 has a 12 month warranty on the motor only.

SEIV series 3  has a 5 year warranty on the chassis only.

These warranties cover items that break from bad manufacturing only. 

It does not cover water damage to the motor or the SEIV not being fitted correctly which in turn leads to damage to the SEIV or any part thereof.
